Trial Policy

The saddle will be shipped once invoice and shipping are paid and tracking number will be sent. Trial is 5 days. Trial begins once the saddle is received by buyer.

Saddles on trial may not be ridden in outside during poor weather conditions (i.e. rain, snow). Please do not ride trial saddles in jeans.

If saddle does not fit, buyer must ship saddle back and the cost of the saddle, less shipping and any credit card processing fees, will be refunded once the saddle is received and looked over to ensure saddle is in the same condition as when it left.

Shipping & Returns

All saddles are shipped insured via UPS. Shipping cost is designated at checkout. Please email for further info.

Returns are accepted within the trial period. If you need help with return shipping or arranging a label, please contact us.

• All refunds for returned saddles that have been paid for via Credit Card will be less the 3% fee that is charged upon purchase by the processing company. To avoid this fee, saddles may be paid for via Venmo or Paypal. Please contact us for more info. *
